What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of recruitment delivery, account management, and client care:
Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates across blue-collar roles
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job briefing through to placement
Build and maintain a talent pool
Place ad placements across various platforms




Respond to payroll or job-related queries promptly
What You'll Bring
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant - in the blue-collar or industrial space essential
A proactive, energetic, and professional approach
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure in a high-volume environment
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
