Our company is a rapidly growing Civil and Structural Engineering Consultant, with the ability to adapt to client requests and deliver outcomes that exceed expectations.
We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Structural Engineer to join our team in Graduate, Junior, Mid-level and/or Senior roles, taking responsibility for designing and running projects in Sydney.
As a Structural Engineer, you will handle projects from concept, to detailed design, to completion.
You will join a team working with builders on Design and Construct projects across the Commercial and Industrial space, delivering Warehouses, Distribution Facilities, Retail and more.
You will:
Work closely with the Director and senior engineers
Work with Builders on Design and Construct Projects across the Commercial and Industrial space, delivering Warehouses, Distribution Facilities, Retail and more across Australia
Take ownership of structural design packages from concept through to construction
Prepare structural calculations,



design documentation in accordance with Australian Standards
Structural Design Leadership and Delivery to Project Management
Coordinate with internal team members, builders, architects and other consultants to ensure successful project outcomes
Provide practical, buildable and cost-effective engineering solutions
In short, the critical aspects of this job are:
Manage and contribute to Project Delivery from Concept to Completion, ensuring effective and efficient structural solutions are presented across a range of Design and Construct projects to Retail Developments, Light Commercial / Industrial, Warehouses and Distribution Facilities
Effective communication skills to actively coordinate and contribute across the market in a high-performing team
Be time-productive with calculations and commercially aware, and practical in solutions
Ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment
A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow and take on increasing responsibility
