The Role
You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of portfolio management, including:
Assisting with the day-to-day management of a property portfolio
Conducting condition reports, routine inspections and final inspections
Communicating professionally with renters and rental providers




Providing high-quality customer service and administrative support
Supporting operational processes within the property management team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
A current Agent's Representative Certificate (essential)
Current driver's licence
Some exposure to real estate or property management
Solid communication skills and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in property management
