About the role
We are currently seeking a Project Director in Adelaide.

Key responsibilities




Contribute to the achievement of Laing O'Rourke safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe and un-environmentally conscious working practices and occurrences.
Monitor construction progress and update construction programmes and forecasts.
Monitor and report the progress of the allocated project, in the required format and in a timely manner.
Ensure construction design work is available as required.
Ensure strict adherence to statutory regulations.
Act on behalf of the organisation in discussions with clients and their agents, sub-contractors, site personnel, suppliers and the general public
About you
Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or Construction Management or equivalent.
At least 10 years' construction experience
Understanding of design, problem-solving capabilities, commercial acumen
Ability to communicate on all levels – directors to operatives
Lead by example in health and safety and attitude
Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level.
