About the Role
Join a respected mining services organisation with a strong presence across Western Australia.
Working alongside experienced teams, you'll contribute to a business that values safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
As the HR Advisor, you'll join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, partnering with leaders across corporate and operational teams to provide practical HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Based in Perth CBD with regular travel to operational sites, you'll play a key role in fostering positive workplace culture, supporting leaders, and ensuring HR practices align with business objectives and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR advice and coaching to managers and employees.
Support employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee retention initiatives.
Partner with operational leaders to promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices remain compliant with relevant legislation and company standards.
Support organisational change, workforce initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports as required.




Travel to operational sites to build solid stakeholder relationships and provide on-the-ground HR support.
About You
Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist Human Resources role.
Experience supporting operational or blue-collar workforces, ideally within mining, resources, construction, or industrial environments.
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
Well organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel to operational sites.
