We are looking for a natural leader who thrives on the floor — someone who can confidently run shifts, inspire teams and elevate guest experiences.
About the Role
You will be responsible for supervising service periods, supporting management and ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining our high standards of hospitality and product execution.
We're looking for someone who has:
Minimum6 months experience running shiftsin a busy restaurant environment
Strongcommunication and leadership skills
Aninfectiously positive attitudeand strong floor presence
Exceptionalservice standards and product knowledge
A natural ability toconnect with guests and motivate team members
A genuine passion forworld‐class hospitality

Experience withDeputy (timesheets / labour management)
Confidence instaff training and performance coaching
Strongcash handling and venue admin skills
Competency usingbasic spreadsheets and online communication platforms
Broad hospitality product knowledge — fromcooking techniques to classic cocktails and Australian wine
