Securecorp is currently seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our retail security team in Bankstown.
We have opportunities available on aFull Time, Part Time, and Casual basis.
As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a key role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for customers, retailers, and staff.
This position combines a strong security presence with exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience while protecting people, property, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-visibility foot patrols throughout the retail centre both internally and externally
Monitor CCTV and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
Provide a professional security presence and exceptional customer service
Monitor access control and enforce site policies and procedures
Respond to customer enquiries and provide directions or assistance as required
Liaise with centre management,



retailers, emergency services, and contractors
Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs
Identify and report hazards, suspicious behaviour, and security risks
Assist in emergency evacuations and incident management when required
Skills & Experience
Current NSW Security Licence
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Previous retail security experience is highly regarded but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
Skilled presentation and customer-focused approach
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to incidents
Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
