Position: Onsite Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking highly motivated Onsite Recruitment Consultants to foster strong relationships and deliver top-tier recruitment services to our National Client.
If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for recruitment, with experience in the logistics sector or a warehouse background and want to gain entry into the recruitment industry, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Oversee rostering, performance management, and KPI tracking.
Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
Conduct toolbox talks to ensure alignment with safety and performance expectations.
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
Recruit and select candidates to meet client-specific needs.
Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment and client management.
Management of other clients outside of this will also be required
