Your Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants by delivering exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities to enhance the property management experience.
Drive new business growth through proactive referrals, networking, outreach, and industry engagement.
Become the primary relationship manager for your portfolio, ensuring every client feels supported, informed and valued.
Lead deliver a seamless transition and exceptional client experience.
Coordinate maintenance requests, working collaboratively with contractors, owners and tenants to achieve positive outcomes.
Review inspection reports prepared by our dedicated inspections team and communicate recommendations to clients.
Addressing client and tenant inquiries and requests.
Collaborate closely with our support team to deliver a consistently high standard of service across every client interaction.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
Previous experience within the property management industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a focus on teamwork
A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset
