We are seeking
suitable applications for Food Service Attendants to join our
Patient Support Services team at Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park
Health Care Group (SCGOPHCG).
This is a recruitment pool
for Permanent Full-Time / Part-Time, Fixed Term Full-Time /
Part-Time and Casual appointments.
Fixed Term and Casual
appointments will be made with the possibility of extension(s)
and/or permanency.
Suitable applicants will be
placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar
vacancies occur until 31 May ****.
What is our Food
Service Attendant role?
This position assists in the
provision a complete food and beverage service to patients,
including the preparation, production, serving and delivery of food
and beverages and extending to maintaining the hygiene of patient
wares, catering equipment and a
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point
(HACCP) workplace.

A detailed Resume which
sets out your qualifications, capabilities and experience
relevant to this position.
References - the names
and contact details of two (2) referees.
It is preferable for
one of your referees to have been a recent
supervisor.

nominated referees are available to provide references when
requested, as failure to do so may result in them being deemed
unsuitable.

To be suitable for appointment you must have
documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in
