Position
Profile: We are seeking a Learning and
Development Consultant to design, develop,
facilitate, implement, and evaluate learning and development
strategies and initiatives that enhance workforce capability.
The
role focuses on facilitating workshops for staff across all areas
of CAHS, either virtual or in-person, with a focus on topics such
as corporate induction, safe and positive workplace behaviour,
frontline leadership, and personal growth and well-being.
The
successful candidate will be a key member of the wider
organisational development team.
Together, they will also work
closely with a range of internal stakeholders to coordinate and
deliver learning solutions to meet their specific needs, fostering
a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
