This part-time, ongoing Principal Social Worker role at Southern Adelaide Local Health Network puts you at the forefront of Disability and NDIS practice across three of Adelaide's major hospital sites at Flinders Medical Centre, Repatriation Health Precinct and Noarlunga Hospital.
You'll bring advanced clinical expertise to complex cases while guiding and developing the broader social work team's NDIS capability.

About the role:
Reporting to the Director, this role is responsible for ensuring that long stay complex patients of the Division of Rehabilitation, Aged Care and Palliative Care (RAP) are managed in a timely and effective manner
Duties for the role will include:
Providing consultation, supervision, performance monitoring and career development for social work staff,
Monitoring workloads and assisting with social work service provision during periods of high demand,
Developing and maintaining systems for early identification of complex potentially long stay patients in the Division of RAP (particular focus on
