Cafe seeking experienced cook/chef to run a independent role in the kitchen providing cooked breakfasts and a variety of prepared sandwiches and meals.We also have a fully pastry cabinet of in house made products.
Experience with making pastries is essential.Other responsibilities will include:Complete daily running of all kitchen operationsMenu planning and ordering and seasonal adjustmentsCost controlAdhering to all health regulationsGreat time managementAs this is an independent role we require someone reliable and punctual who is ready to make it their own.
An amount of flexibility with shift hours may be required.Pay: $65,****** – $80,****** per yearWork Location: In person
