Green Light Worldwide is seeking an experienced Two-Way Radio Technician for an exciting assignment with a major resources organisation in Papua New Guinea (PNG).
In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, configuration, provisioning, and deployment of a new fleet of radio communication devices across a large-scale operational environment.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, repairing, and configuring mobile radio and broadband wireless equipment.
Inspect and test electronic equipment, components and assemblies using multimeters, circuit testers, and other electronic test instruments, tools, and equipment.
Diagnose and locate circuit, component,



and equipment faults.
Configure two-way radio and associated electronic equipment, assemblies, and components.
Complete work orders along with testing and maintenance reports
Maintaining internal and customer infrastructure.
Working with other departments to evaluate and confirm customer requirements when required.
Performing equipment programming.
Requirements:
Previous work experience with wireless broadband and/or Two-Way Radio equipment, specifically Motorola is considered an asset.
2-3 years of relevant work experience as a Field Service Technician, Telecommunications Engineer, or equivalent role.
Experience with Motorola two-way radio equipment including installation, programming, troubleshooting, maintenance, and monitoring.
Must be reliable, and willing to work with a fluid and varying schedule.
Ability to effectively problem-solve.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
