You'll work alongside experienced Financial Advisers, playing a key role in delivering outstanding client outcomes from onboarding through to implementation and ongoing advice.

What You'll Be DoingYou'll be responsible for:
Managing client onboarding and ongoing service requirements.
Preparing and processing Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), Fee Consent Forms and related documentation.
Implementing financial advice recommendations accurately and efficiently.
Liaising with product providers regarding applications, rollovers, transfers, underwriting and policy servicing.
Maintaining accurate client records in XPLAN while meeting compliance requirements.
Supporting advisers with review preparation and client servicing.
Managing your own workflow to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the continued success of the business.
About YouYou'll bring:




1-5 years' experience in a Financial Planning support role.
A solid understanding of the financial planning advice process.
Experience with XPLAN (highly regarded).
Insurance administration experience (desirable but not essential).
Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work proactively.
Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding client service.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, contribute and grow.
