Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join the team.
This role offers exposure to help develop major commercial projects, while also managing shorter-duration works across a range of sectors.
The Role Supporting builders, clients, suppliers, and installation teams, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:




Managing multiple commercial construction as a subcontractor business Coordinating suppliers, and internal delivery teams Monitoring project programmes, procurement, budgets, and material deliveries Managing quality inspections, defects, and project close-out activities Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, consultants, and clients Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Preparing project documentation, reporting, and contract administration Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and client outcomes The Like Mind We are looking for a Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced subcontracting environment and takes pride in delivering quality projects and maintaining strong client relationships.You will bring:
