You will perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on bakery equipment, read mechanical drawings, and support production with timely maintenance to minimise downtime.
This is an afternoon shift role rostered Tue-Sat, with a focus on safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will be trade-qualified as Fitter & Turner, have strong fault-finding skills, and experience in a rapid-paced FMCG
