Sydney Hair Clinic is looking for a talented barber to join our team in Campsie.
This role is perfect for a skilled barber who loves creating sharp fades and beard work and is eager to expand their career by learning hair systems.
This is more than just a barbering job - it's an opportunity to step into the future of men's grooming and hair replacement.
What you'll be doing
Delivering precision barbering services including fades, beard shaping, and men's cuts
Learning how to measure, fit, and apply customised hair systems (full training provided)
Providing ongoing maintenance and styling of hair systems
Offering clients advice on care and styling for both hair systems and natural hair
Working with a supportive team dedicated to men's hair transformation
What we're looking for
Qualified barber or hairdresser with at least 2 years' experience in men's cuts




Strong skills in fades and beard grooming
Passion to learn hair systems and go beyond standard barbering
Attention to detail and excellent hands‐on skills
Outstanding communication and client service skills
Availability 3 days a week including Saturdays (must)
