Job Description:
Payroll & Timesheet for approx.
70 employees & contractors (EBA agreement based)
A positive understanding of penalty rates, stand down, travel and allowances
Setting up new employees and processing terminations/redundancy/leave entitlements, etc.
Processing daily timesheets




Process Weekly Payroll - MYOB Advanced Acumatica
Weekly Payroll reporting (spreadsheets IncoLink/Coinvest)
ATO compliance reporting & Lodgements - Payroll Tax, IncoLink & Coinvest
Accounts Payable - MYOB
Assist Accounts Receivable
Other Administration duties as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
Payroll through MYOB Advanced/Acumatica
Medium-size Payroll and all associated functions
MYOB AccountsRight- all functions
Excel & Database functions
