As a Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a premium shopping experience while representing the Wolford brand.
You will build genuine relationships with clients, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the day-to-day success of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised styling advice.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Process sales through the POS system.
Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory.
Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
About You
Previous retail experience is preferred, particularly within fashion or luxury retail.
A genuine passion for fashion and styling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
Confidence working towards sales targets.
Well-presented with exceptional attention to detail.
Availability to work flexible schedule between Monday and Saturday.
