About the Role:
As the Merchandise Support Officer atUFS Healthcare, you will:
Provide high quality administrative support to the Merchandise Team and store network.
Provide excellent customer service by handling enquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
Monitor stock levels and liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve stock shortages, overstock and purchasing issues.
Maintain accurate product and pricing data.
Support merchandising initiatives to ensure accurate, efficient and consistent operations across the business.
What You'll Need:
We're looking for someone who is:
Able to demonstrate exceptionalcustomer service skillswith a genuine ability to build relationships.
Capable ofprioritising tasksand managing competing deadlines.
A strongcommunicator, bothverballyandin writing.
Able to demonstrateexcellent attention to detailand data accuracy.
Available to work Wednesday 9am - 1pm,



Thursdays and Friday 9am - 5:30pm.

Experienced working inpharmacy, retail or FMCG environmentsand/or experienced usingstock managementor ERP systems will be highly regarded.
