Who We're Looking For
You are confident in your abilities, grounded in your values, and committed to excellence in early education.
You show initiative, build solid relationships, and want to be part of something that's both professional and heart-driven.
You must have:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
Minimum 2 years experience in an early childhood setting
Full working rights in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizen only)
Employee Working With Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
Child Protection & Mandatory Reporting training
Availability Monday–Friday across a rotating roster

What You'll Be Doing
You'll:
Deliver engaging, intentional experiences based on children's interests and learning needs
Build secure, respectful relationships with children and families
Take initiative in planning, routines, and the day-to-day rhythm of the room
Work closely with your Room Leader and team to ensure consistency and quality
Maintain a well-presented and safe environment that reflects pride and professionalism
