Job Description:Richmond Republic is seeking an experienced and reliable Gaming Attendant to join our casual team.
Located in Melbourne's sporting precinct, Richmond Republic is an independently owned pub known for live sport, quality pub food, gaming and a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional service across gaming, TAB, Keno and the wider venue
Maintain a visible and attentive presence on the gaming floor
Promote Responsible Gambling and comply with all VGCCC requirements
Follow RSA, RSG, AML/CTF, OH&S; and venue procedures
Process cash transactions and assist with gaming reconciliations
Monitor customer behaviour and respond appropriately to incidents or concerns
Maintain cleanliness and presentation across gaming areas
Support the broader venue team during busy trading periods
Report equipment faults, incidents and irregularities to management
Skills & Experience
Previous gaming or hospitality experience
Current Victorian RSA and RSG certificates
TAB accreditation is preferred
Robust customer service and communication skills
Confidence handling cash and resolving customer issues
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays
