The role involves delivering high-quality care in a 24-hour residential setting for young people with disabilities and complex needs.
You will provide dedicated disability support, personal care, feeding, medication administration, and safe transfers using ceiling hoists.
Shifts include day, afternoon, and overnight sleepovers.
