About the Role
As thePharmacy Managerat our one of our pharmacies, you will:
Deliver quality pharmacy professional servicesto the community




Lead and inspire a dynamic teamto deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives
Manage all pharmacy operations, including setting and monitoring budgets, delivering clinical & professional services, and ensuring a high standard of patient care
Foster customer loyalty by building strong relationships and offering expert health counselling and clinical interventions.
Contribute to thegrowth and successof the pharmacy, aligning with our long‐term strategic goals of becoming a leader in integrated healthcare
What You'll Need
We're looking for a motivated professional who is:
Tertiary qualifiedwith aBachelor of Pharmacydegree.
An AHPRA registeredPharmacistwith at least3 years' experiencein Australia.
Highly skilled inclinical pharmacywith a passion for ongoing professional development.
A proven leader with a strong track record ofteam managementand driving success in a competitive market.
Experienced in managingbudgetsand other key business management tools.
Customer-focused, with excellentcounselling and patient interactionskills.
A proactive problem solver with the ability to makesound decisionsin rapid-paced environments.
Desirable: QCPP experience, immunisation accreditation, and any relevant extended training in the pharmacy field.
