The Opportunity
As a Machine Operator, you will operate and monitor sections of the production line to support daily filling and packing operations.
You may be responsible for up to three machines within your area, including the filler, case packer, robot area, or ingredient supply room, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Shift Pattern
Hours for the position are6pm to 6am - Monday night to Sunday morning, working 13 days in a 4 week period with every second weekend off.
We are looking for Day Shift Machine Operators Shift Hours are: 6am to 6pm and Night Shift Machine Operators Shift Hours are: 6pm to 6am.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production and packing machinery in line with SOPs
Dismantle and reassemble equipment as required
Operate multiple pieces of equipment, including mobile plant (if licensed)
Support basic maintenance troubleshooting and maintenance handovers
Complete CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes
Maintain GMP, safety, and "clean as you go" standards




Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience:
Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment (food preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Ability to follow procedures and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
