Essential Criteria for Teacher Positions
Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English skills
Demonstrated capacity in effective classroom management
Be passionate about teaching, bringing a range of academic expertise and life experiences to the classroom.
Capacity and willingness to differentiate instructional approaches and materials for mixed ability classes
Assist with the development and sharing of teaching materials




Maintain a positive environment in the classroom which is respectful of all present and fosters student learning;
Participate in the College's professional development activities in and out of school hours
Undertake formal pastoral and administrative duties
Participate in the College's extra-curricular andco-curricular programs as required.
The successful candidate will need the following:
Tertiary degree in Education
Eligible for VIT Registration
Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
