As we grow, we are actively seekingPractice Administrators or Medical Receptionistswho are interested inpart-time (4 days) or full timework.
We are flexible with our roster and hours; however, if you are free from 8am to 4pm and/or 11am to 7pm, that would be ideal.

In this role you will:
You'll be essential in keeping our clinic running smoothly day to day.
This is a hands‐on role for someone who brings calm, care and precision and who enjoys building order and consistency in a quick‐paced environment.
You'll be welcoming clients to our clinic - managing client intake, supporting clinicians with their admin, and ensuring workflows are efficient and client‐focused.
Manage client enquiries, intake, bookings, waitlists, reminders and cancellations
Maintain accurate client records, documents and data quality in the practice management system
Coordinate referrals and communication with referrers and external stakeholders as authorised
Oversee billing and payments, including Medicare/private claiming workflows
Keep clinic operations running: rooms, calendars, capacity, supplies and daily admin logistics
We would love to hear from you if you have:
2+ years' experience in medical/allied health (ideally psychology) reception or practice administration
Strong admin discipline: diary management, multitasking, prioritising, reliable follow-through
Confident with practice management systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel)
Working knowledge of billing, payments and debtor follow-up (Medicare/NDIS/TAC/private health desirable)
Willing to obtain a WWCC (employee version) and National Police Check
