Support Worker (Mental Health & Personal Care)
Safelane Healthcare is seeking an experienced and reliable Disability Support Worker (High Intensity) to join our team.
This role involves providing person-centred care to a participant requiring consistent morning support, with additional evening shifts available

Locations we currently need
We're hiring across Melbourne's South-East, including:
Devon Meadows ,Frankston, South Eastern suburbs
You'll ideally live locally or be ready to travel to these areas.
What you'll be doing
Deliver high intensity supports, including bowel care management (e.g., enemas) in line with care plans and training
Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and hygiene




Support with transfers and mobility (manual handling / hoist use as required)
Promote participant dignity, independence, and wellbeing
Follow individualised support plans and Safelane Healthcare policies
Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in condition

Essential requirements (must-have)
Driver's licence + reliable vehicle
Experience in high intensity disability support, particularly bowel care management, enema administration
First Aid Certificate
Working With Children Check
Smartphone with internet access
Availability for flexible hours (morning and/or night shifts)
Experience providing personal care (male or female clients)
