Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support the clinical care team to deliver outstanding resident care.
Oversee clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management.




Ensure full compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and participate in audit processes.
Foster a collaborative, positive team culture and manage staff rostering/performance.
Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and external medical professionals.

Key Requirements
CurrentAHPRA registrationas a Registered Nurse (RN).
Provenleadership experiencewithin an Australian Aged Care environment (e.g., as a Care Manager, Clinical Coordinator, or ANUM).
Deep understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
A genuine passion for aged care and mentoring clinical staff.
