MTK Lawyers is a boutique firm in the Sutherland Shire looking for a Senior Solicitor to take a leading role across our Commercial and Wills & Estates practice.
You'll join a small, cooperative team that values quality work, genuine client relationships, and a life outside the office.
THE ROLE
Run your own files end-to-end across commercial and wills & estates matters
Advise on leasing, business sales, acquisitions, franchise agreements, and commercial contracts
Prepare wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardianships, and estate plans
Handle probate and estate administration, including contested matters
Litigation experience in commercial and/or estates is preferred
Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development
ABOUT YOU
Current NSW Practising Certificate (or eligibility)




5+ years PAE with solid experience in commercial law and/or wills & estates
Confident managing files with minimal supervision
Practical, solutions-focused, and strong with clients
Genuinely interested in boutique practice — not just passing through
