Uniting Victoria and Tasmania – Ballarat VIC is seeking a Peer Support Worker to provide recovery-oriented peer support to adults experiencing severe mental illness, drawing on lived experience to support recovery and wellbeing.
You will collaborate with consumers, their networks, and clinical teams to navigate recovery, develop individual plans, achieve goals and participate in community life.
The role is based in Ballarat with part time hours and SCHADS Level 3 pay.
