About us
We're a rapidly scaling, not-for-profit disability support provider that believes in positively transforming the lives of people with disability.
In doing so, we aim to create the highest quality agency we can, ideally reshaping the sector as a whole.
This means we often do things differently.
Since we began in ****, we've made it our mission to examine every part of what a support provider does – from how we structure our teams, to how we recruit and roster, to how we ensure the highest quality support, to how technology acts as an enabler for all that we do.

Supporting more than 250 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and only continuing to grow, we want the people who join us to also believe disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity.
Good judgementand common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values
Experience supporting people with a physical disability, including manual handling
Experience with PEG feeding, catheter care and bowel carea bonus but not necessary
Have great patience and be willing to put in the time and energy to build rapport with client
Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live excellent lives
Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals.

supporting our clients to complete a regular physiotherapy program
Full drivers licence and be willing and comfortable with driving clients vehicle
Willingness to work sleepover shifts.

As part of our recruitment process, certain checks will be undertaken with your permission, including an NDIS Worker Screening Check that you must have before you can start work.
