Vertex Power & Process is seeking a qualified Electrician ready to grow into a Powerline Worker role as part of our Power Distribution Projects team.
You'll support construction and maintenance across high-voltage infrastructure including substations, overhead lines, and underground systems across NSW, VIC, and SA.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, installation, and diagnostics on high-voltage equipment
Contribute to power distribution system construction and commissioning
Read and interpret construction plans and schematics
Operate plant and equipment on project sites
Work safely, meet project deadlines, and support continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Cert III in ESI–Distribution Overhead.
ElevatedWork Platforms (EWP).
Dogging HRW Licence.




CraneLicenceC2 Level or above.
Willingness to travel regionally and work in remote locations
Experience in the power distribution or utility sector highly regarded
Construction Card
Excellent hourly rate + penalties
Full-time role under the Vertex Enterprise Agreement
Monday to Friday with regular overtime opportunities
