About YouStrong desire to deliver meaningful outcomes for young people
Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in trauma-informed principles and approaches
Experience providing professional supervision and reflective practice
Experience working in the Out of Home Care sector or Statutory Service System
Proven ability to implement systems and lead teams to proactively solve problems and develop innovative solutions
Highly developed cultural awareness and sensitivity,



with excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
Out of Home Care registration
Mandatory QualificationsTertiary qualification in Social Work, Welfare, Psychology or a related field
Formal training in professional supervision / reflective practice
