The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) seeks a Senior Advisor, Employee Relations to lead workplace change after its structural separation from the ACCC.
You will drive enterprise bargaining support, policy development and investigations, and provide expert advice on employee relations matters.
You will collaborate with the Capability team and managers to enhance manager capability and ensure compliant, effective people practices across the organisation.
