About The Role
We're looking for a friendly, professional Concierge to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves providing exceptional customer service, thrives in a fast paced environment, and takes pride in being organised, proactive and personable.
In this role you will:
Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
Assist with service traffic flow and manage customer appointments efficiently
Coordinate vehicle deliveries, collection, and courtesy car arrangements
Provide refreshments and ensure customer comfort in waiting areas
Liaise with sales, service, and management teams to ensure smooth and seamless customer experience
Manage concierge desk duties,



including handling calls and performing general administrative tasks
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Previous experience in hospitality, concierge or front desk roles (automotive experience desirable but not essential)
Impeccable personal presentation and professional communication skills
Friendly, energetic and proactive personality
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
Valid driver's licence
