The role:
A truly HR Generalist experience within a growing, agile & innovative company in the SE Suburbs working with a wonderful team!
Seeking:
Exceptional HR Graduate, in early stages of career, with 1 - 2 years experience in a generalist HR role looking to deepen their generalist and advisory experience with a goal to one day grow their knowledge and experience into a specialisation.
Exceptional HR Graduates with no experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experienced HR candidate with a Safety and HR Qualification.
Education:
Human Resource Management Degree with a Science / Engineering Degree or Qualification; or
Science Degree with a Human Resource Management Qualification; or
Engineering Degree with a Human Resource Management Qualification

If you enjoy assisting and supporting managers at an administrative and operational level across all facets of HR and have worked in a fast-paced industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, food, or pharmaceutical environment, this could be just the right role for you.
Location:
South Eastern Suburbs (near Clayton)
Salary:
Market-leading remuneration and negotiable on experience
Experience level:
1-2 years in a Generalist HR Role with experience in Recruitment
Must have:
PR, AU or NZ Citizenship
Own Car and Australian Drivers Licence
Ability to work full-time on-site with occasional after-hours work and travel to another site
