We would love to see you in the office 1-2 day per week, but we are completely negotiable.
What does the role involve?
Use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek and Fasttrack to conduct searches for suitable candidates
Shortlist and screen candidates via phone and online
Analyse and identify certain key selection criteria and conduct searches based on requirements
Prepare candidate profile reports for client perusal
Add candidates to the database ensuring accurate and relevant documentation is attached
Retrieve registration, pre-employment paperwork and ensure compliance is adhered to
Organising interviews, inductions and preparing and posting job advertisements
Liaising with clients both face to face and via phone and email
What do you need?
Ideally you will possessprevious recruitment experienceeither internal or agency
Reside within areasonable commuting distance of our Braeside office, as you'll regularly visit clients throughout the south-eastern suburbs.
Knowledge ofFasttrack system, LinkedIn and Seek Talent search highly advantageous
A can-do attitude and eagerness towards taking on new tasks
Experience using Microsoft suite and excellent computer literacy
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail a must What next?
