We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hospital Floor Manager to oversee daily operations within our state-of-the-art theatre department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident clinical leader who thrives in a quick-paced perioperative environment and is committed to exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team across daily floor operations
Ensure delivery of secure, patient-centred care
Manage staffing levels, rosters, and workflow coordination
Escalate clinical or operational issues appropriately
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards
About You
Minimum 5 years'perioperative experience
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Ophthalmology and ENT experience highly desirable
Previous leadership/managementexperience in theatres desirable
Excellent written and verbal communicationand sound clinical judgement.
Exceptional interpersonal skillswith the ability to coach and support teams.
