Marketing Manager Upper Body ANZ (m/f/d)
Lead the strategy, development and execution of marketing plans and objectives.
Sales budgeting and sales analysis, including analysing market trends and sales potential for use inforecasting and planning initiatives for suppliers and internally.
Assist Operations with inventory management.
Develop, implement, facilitate & evaluate the effectiveness of all training and development initiatives
for new and existing products.
Key internal communicator for new and existing products.
Overseeing the coordination and attending new product launches, conferences and workshops.
Work in partnership with the sales team in following up on conference and workshop leads.
Develop and strengthen business relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other key customers - key account management (KAM), as well as sales calls, negotiations with stakeholdersand tenders
Product training of Territory Managers and other staff, for example Customer Service.
Develop, execute and evaluate appropriate digital marketing channels.
Your Talents
Tertiary qualifications in Science, Business and/or Marketing highly regarded.
Previous product management or sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical.
Confidence in communicating, networking and building relationships across all levels of the company,externally and internationally.
Ownership of a product portfolio and a drive to market and influence the products in an ethical manner.
Ability to travel both interstate and internationally when required - based on attendance to workshops,conferences, training for Territory Managers and interstate trips – average 2 times per month.
