About the role
This role has a company-wide mandate to drive the performance of both our wholly owned and partner clinics by maximising EBITDA, strengthening operational capability and building high-performing leadership teams.
You will lead,coachand develop a team of experienced operational leaders while partnering with Local Partners, General Practitioners and Support Centre teams to deliver sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead,coachand develop a high-performing team of State and Area Managers.
Drive operational excellence and financial performance across a national network of GP clinics.
Develop and execute strategies to improve profitability, clinicperformanceand sustainable growth.
Monitor portfolio performance, budgets and KPIs, implementing corrective actions whererequired.
Build strong relationships with Local Partners, General Practitionersand key stakeholders to drive engagement and performance.
Ensure consistent implementation of practice management plans,governanceand compliance standards.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support the successful integration of newlyacquiredclinics.
Partner with the Executive team to deliver strategic businessobjectivesand operational outcomes.

Whatwe'relooking for:
10+ years experience in healthcare operations, including leading multi-site teams.




Proven experience leading leaders and building high-performing management teams.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&Ls;,budgetsand driving EBITDA performance.
Exceptional leadership,coachingand stakeholder management skills.
The ability to influence and build trusted relationships with General Practitioners, LocalPartnersand senior stakeholders.
Experience translating strategy into operational plans and delivering measurable business outcomes.
A track recordof leading organisational change, continuousimprovementand business growth.
A collaborative, data-driven approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Desirable:
Experience working within Australian primary healthcare, GeneralPracticeor a healthcare network setting.
Experience partnering with independent healthcare providers, LocalPartnersor medical practitioners.
Exposure to healthcare accreditation frameworks,governanceand regulatory requirements.
Experience supporting acquisitions,integrationsor large-scale operational change.
Understanding of digital health solutions and evolving models of primary care delivery.
Experience using data and insights to drive operational and commercial decisions.
