You will plan with participants and the team, delivering a range of quality activities and supporting transport using a 12-seater bus.
Responsibilities include meal service assistance, updating care plans and notes, and contributing to the team.
A Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Aged & Disability) and a current Victorian Driver's Licence are required,
