You'll support the secure handling, movement, and management of client records within a fast‐paced facility environment
Your Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out daily warehouse tasks including picking & packing sensitive files
Performing daily warehouse safety and compliance checks
Using scanners, PCs, and other technologies to support inventory and order processing
Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of their vehicles
Occasionally supporting deliveries and collections when necessary (valid car licence required)
Ensuring secure handling, delivery, and storage of client records
About You
Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is critical when locating, retrieving, and refiling confidential client records
Physical fitness - ability to lift, carry, bend, reach heights, and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment
Excellent organisational skills and ability to follow precise filing and retrieval procedures




Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security protocols at all times
Methodical approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy over speed
Forklift or order picker licence
Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience
Familiarity with barcode scanning systems or warehouse management software
Understanding of records management principles or experience in a document‐handling workplace
Experience working with filing systems or location‐based retrieval processes
Full training will be providedto ensure you meet the high standards required in records management operations.
