ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) is seeking an Afternoon Shift Supervisor for our Laverton branch.
The role runs 2 PM–10:30 PM, Monday to Friday, overseeing safety, production, and logistics for the shift.
You will manage production staff, drive performance, and implement improvements in a heavy manufacturing setting.
You will lead Operators and Despatch Co-ordinators, ensure WHS compliance, meet production KPIs, and work with internal stakeholders to identify cost-effective improvement
