About the opportunity
The Site Manager is part of the Site Contracting team at Supaloc and reports to the General Manager – Subcontract Services and Process.
The key focus of this role is to oversee the installation of Supaloc frames on our client sites, including site inspections, ongoing subcontractor training, subcontractor supervision and job management.
More specifically, you will:
Ensure all frame deliveries and installations are completed safely, efficiently,



and in line with company safety policies and approved SWMS
Manage site activity and labour during the frame installation phase to support efficient project delivery
Mentor trades in Lean Principles, promote continuous improvement, and support ongoing training across the trade base
Conduct site and quality inspections, managing non conformances through to close out and submitting final inspection documentation
Collaborate closely with customer site supervisors to maintain clear communication, planning alignment, and timely issue resolution
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
In addition, you will have:
Experience in frame carpentry, ideally within steel framing or residential construction.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
Ability to complete inspection checklists according to technical design specifications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with trades, customers, and stakeholders.
Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
A full driver's licence to travel across Central Adelaide and travel to the head office in Edinburgh North
