Senior Quantity Surveyor - Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Consultancy
Our client is an established and independent quantity surveying and cost management consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advisory services across major property, construction and infrastructure projects.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a key role in delivering commercially focused cost management solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.
About the role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will work across a variety of projects, providing expert quantity surveying services throughout the project lifecycle.
This role will suit a commercially minded qualified who enjoys client interaction, technical delivery and contributing to successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing cost plans, feasibility studies and detailed cost estimates
Providing independent cost advice to clients and project stakeholders
Managing project budgets, cost reporting and financial risk
Reviewing tenders, contracts and variations
Supporting procurement and project delivery processes
Building strong relationships with clients,



consultants and project teams
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
About you
You will be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about delivering accurate, insightful and commercially valuable advice.
You will bring:
5+ years' experience in quantity surveying or cost management
Strong knowledge of construction costs, methodologies and procurement processes
Experience working across commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
The confidence to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
