As we scale nationally, we're looking for aNational Retail Managerto lead our retail execution across Australia.
This is not a route sales role.
It's a senior, strategic commercial role focused on unlocking scale, driving national distribution through chains, and ensuring Casa wins at shelf.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll own Casa's national retail accounts, with a key focus on chains, major independents and strategic retail partners.
You'll act as the critical link between head office strategy and in-store reality, leading range reviews, promotions, trade marketing execution and commercial performance across the country.
What you'll be doing
Owning and growing Casa's national retail accounts and groups
Leading range reviews, new SKU launches and promotional submissions
Driving distribution, rate of sale and shelf presence across both chains and banners
Own the retail strategy from concept to completion
Partnering with Marketing and Trade Marketing on shelf, POS and activation strategy




Supporting demand planning, forecasting and revenue reporting
Tracking trade spend, ROI, margin and velocity
Working closely with State Sales Managers to guide local execution
Representing Casa at key trade events, customer presentations and industry forums
Key role in the establishment and growth of Casa's national retail sales team as distribution expands
About you
5+ years' experience in retail liquor sales, ideally with national or multi-banner exposure
Proven experience managing chains is essential
Proven experience managing groups and major independents is preferred
Robust commercial acumen, comfortable with forecasting, reporting and trade spend
Confident senior stakeholder manager (buyers, category managers, internal leaders)
Organised, proactive and outcome-focused
A natural leader who lifts standards and mentors others
