Panton Hill Hotel is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef / Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team in Victoria.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to prepare and cook high-quality meals across all service periods.
You will manage your own section, assist with ordering and stock control, and help train apprentices while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
