About the Role:
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll oversee the shift operations of our Tempo Kitchen & Bar team; ensuring seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
Your duties will include:
Lead and support a dynamic food & beverage team during each designated service
Deliver engaging, warm and professional service to all guests and patrons
Assist with staff training, mentoring and onboarding
Support rostering, stock control and opening/ closing procedures




About You:
You're an energetic, hands-on leader that thrive in a team environment.
Your skills and experience will include:
Previous hotel restaurant or supervisory experience
Strong people and communication skills
Proactive and solutions-based mindset
Flexibility to work across rotating roster with a current RSA
